Monday
6:30 pm - Moderate pace run beginning at Rec Center

Tuesday
8:00 am - Swim workout at Rec Center
6:15 pm - Cycling workout beginning at Rec Center (We ride over to Bike Barn and join the Bike Barn Ride that begins at 7:00 pm)

Wednesday
6:30 pm - Fast pace run workout beginning at the Rec Center

Thursday
8:00 am - Swim workout at Rec Center
6:15 pm - Cycling workout beginning at Rec Center (We ride over to Planetary Cycles and join the Planetary Cycles Ride that begins at 7:00 pm)
