7:00 am - Cycling workout at Bike Track

Tuesday
8:00 am - Run workout beginning at Rec Center
6:00 pm - Swim workout at Rec Center

Wednesday
6:45 pm - Run workout beginning at the Rec Center; 
we will warm up then do a workout on the track

Thursday
8:00 am - Swim workout at Rec Center
6:15 pm - Cycling workout beginning at Rec Center (We ride over to Planetary Cycles and join the Planetary Cycles Ride that begins at 7:00 pm)
